Homebuilder KB Home is looking to grow its footprint in Osceola’s St. Cloud submarket with a new residential neighborhood just steps from Alligator Lake.

KB’s Steve Feccia recently held a pre-application meeting with Osceola County’s Development Review Committee to discuss a conceptual plan for two parcels on Whip O Will Lane totaling nearly 60 acres. The land is right across the street from Pine Glen, which was bought by Lennar in 2020 and is now in development.
