HCA Healthcare buys last vacant property adjacent Osceola hospital | Orlando Business Journal

HCA Healthcare Inc. has bought some properties to the south of HCA Florida Osceola Hospital.

An entity connected to the Nashville, Tennessee-based, for-profit healthcare system (NYSE: HCA) bought 2.8 acres across six parcels near the northeast corner of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and N. Central Boulevard on Feb. 6, according to county documents.

Conrad Carter and Clyde Wells with Maury L. Carter & Associates represented the sellers. It’s unknown if HCA had a broker. HCA Healthcare executives were not immediately available for comment, and an updated contact for the sellers could not be found.
