“Orlando’s municipal planning board on Oct. 19 will review its request for a conditional-use permit, which is required for the property to transition from a nonprofit use to a for-profit use, Scott Crossman, who is co-developing the property alongside Daryl Carter, president of Orlando-based Maury Carter & Associates, told Orlando Business Journal.
The two men bought the Sorosis of Orlando Woman’s Club building, which was built in 1972, and the 0.9-acre site from Sorosis of Orlando for $1.1 million in June, according to Orange County records.”
